Membership

Memberships are a 12-month contract, paid monthly. The full 12-month total is shown before you join.

After 12 months, your membership renews automatically for another 12 months unless you cancel before your renewal date. We email you a reminder 30 days before it renews.

Every member is named on the account and photographed at their first visit.

All members must live in the same household. Memberships are non-transferable and can't be shared.

Cindy Bear™ Deluxe and Yogi Bear™ Ultimate become a family plan: add up to 3 more household members for $12.99 each a month. Everyone on a family plan has the same plan.

Payments are charged monthly to the card on file for the full term, including months when the Water Zone is closed for the season.

If a payment fails, we retry it and email you. After 7 days, wristband access pauses until the balance is paid. After 30 days unpaid, the membership is suspended and the remaining contract balance is still due.

Memberships are non-refundable once any member on the account has visited, including if you move away.

If no member has ever visited and you move away, we refund the payments you've made and end the contract. We need proof of your new address, either a driver's license or a utility bill from your new city, which we verify before refunding.

To stop auto-renewal, cancel any time before your renewal date. Cancelling early for any other reason doesn't end the remaining monthly payments.

Access follows the Water Zone's published seasonal schedule. The 2027 season runs March 13 to October 16; the WIBIT is open May 29 to October 1.

There are no refunds or credits for weather closures, scheduled closures or WIBIT closures.

On summer Saturdays and holidays, members reserve a free entry time, and the number of members each day may be limited.

Overnight guests have priority for cabanas and WIBIT sessions.

WIBIT sessions (Deluxe and Ultimate) are 45 minutes, one per member per visit, subject to availability, the lake's water temperature and the weather.

Parking (Deluxe and Ultimate) is for one registered household vehicle in standard parking, subject to available space.

Discounts apply to eligible food, drinks and Ranger Station purchases, and cabana discounts to weekday rentals. Bring-a-friend passes are good on spring and fall weekends.

Founding members keep their monthly rate for as long as they stay members.

Members follow all park rules and Water Zone policies, including our park policies and posted safety rules. Children under 14 must be with an adult 18 or older.
