Check-in and check-out

  • RV sites: check in from 1 PM, check out by 11 AM.
  • Cabins and tent sites: check in from 4 PM, check out by 10 AM.

Booking and rates

  • Specific sites or cabins may be requested but can't be guaranteed. A site lock fee at booking guarantees your preferred site or cabin. Without it, you are guaranteed the type you selected, not the unit number or location.
  • Rates fluctuate with occupancy and availability, like hotels and airlines, and can change with each search.
  • Holiday stays: a three-night minimum for cabins during peak season and on Memorial Day, 4th of July (June 26 to July 4), Labor Day and Columbus Day weekends.

Vehicles and parking

  • A maximum of two vehicles per RV site, tent site or cabin with a parking pass. Extra vehicles pay a fee and park in the designated overflow lot.
  • Vehicles must be parked in your designated area, never on the road. Water Zone parking is paid parking.

Site use

  • Tents are not permitted on RV sites or within the cabin and cottage areas.
  • All cabins and pods are non-smoking. Smoking in one carries a $1,000 excessive cleaning fee.
  • All cabins and camping pods are pet-free, for a clean and allergy-friendly stay. Please make other arrangements for pets if you book one.
Cancellations
  • This policy applies to all reservations, including RV sites, tent sites, cabins, Ranger Bunkhouses, golf cart rentals and long-term stays.
  • 10 or more days before arrival: you receive a refund to your original payment method, minus a $25 cancellation fee.
  • Fewer than 10 days before arrival: no refund is issued. Instead, Camp Credit is issued for future use.
  • Camp Credit expiration: Camp Credit must be used by December 31 of the calendar year in which it is issued. Any unused Camp Credit expires on December 31.
  • Questions about the cancellation policy? Contact our Reservations Team.
  • Cabana and canopy reservations are non-refundable. The date can be changed more than 7 days before arrival, subject to availability.
  • Water Zone passes, including season passes and day passes (Water Zone, Wibit, combo and others), are non-refundable. They can be used any day the Water Zone and Wibit are open during the season they were purchased. See the park hours.

  • Alcohol must be consumed responsibly. No one under 21 may drink, and no alcohol is allowed in the Water Zone areas.
  • Inappropriate behavior or language is not tolerated and may mean refused admission or ejection from the park without a refund.
  • Skateboards, hoverboards, motorbikes and drones are prohibited within the park boundaries.
  • Motorcycles are for arrival and departure only, not for riding around the park.
