Christmas at Jellystone Park™ Zion
Snow Time Like Christmas: two December weekends of holiday cheer.
Snow Time Like Christmas
The holiday season kicks off at Jellystone Park™ Zion with Snow Time Like Christmas, two themed weekends in early December. Expect holiday crafts and celebrations on the first weekend and more jolly fun with winter games and Christmas cheer on the second. There may not be snow on the ground, but the joy is real, and so is the winter sunshine.
It is the holidays the easy way: Yogi Bear™ and friends in their festive best, cocoa by the community fire pit, and a red-rock sunset instead of a snow shovel. Dates for the season are on the Themed Weekends page.
Holiday crafts and winter games
Both weekends are built for families. The crew runs holiday crafts for the kids, winter games for everyone, and plenty of time for the classics: a cozy campfire, a cup of cocoa and a Christmas movie back at the cabin.
- Holiday crafts and celebrations on weekend one
- Winter games and Christmas cheer on weekend two
- Yogi Bear™, Boo Boo™ and Cindy Bear™ in the holiday spirit
- Campfires, cocoa and the community fire pit

Winter sunshine between the festivities
One of the biggest advantages of spending the holidays in Southern Utah is the mild winter weather. Between events, take a scenic drive through the red rock, an easy winter hike the whole family can manage, or a slow afternoon at the park. The heated lap pool and hot tub stay open for campers all winter.
- Heated lap pool and hot tub, open to campers
- Zion National Park and Sand Hollow State Park close by
- Pickleball, basketball and the jump pillow
- Quiet season, no crowds, your own pace
