Who we are

This website is run by Glampers Inn, LLC, doing business as Jellystone Park™ Zion, at 505 S Sand Hollow Rd, Hurricane, UT 84737. When this policy says "we", that is who it means.

This policy covers this website and the ways you contact us through it. Our booking partners, listed below, have their own privacy policies that apply when you use their pages.

What we collect

When you book

Campsite, cabin and rental reservations are made through Campspot, and Water Zone tickets, season passes, cabanas and cooler passes through Connect&GO. They collect what a booking needs: your name, contact details, the names of the guests in your party, vehicle or RV details, and payment information. We never see your full card number; the booking partner processes the payment.

When you write to us

The contact form sends us your name, email address, phone number and your message. Emails and phone calls to the park work the same way.

When you sign up for news

The newsletter form collects your email address so we can send park news, events and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

When you ask Rylee

Questions typed into the Rylee chat are used to answer you and to improve the answers. Please don't put card numbers or other sensitive details into the chat.

When you visit

Like most websites, our hosting records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open, which helps keep the site secure and working.

At the park

Photographs and video taken at the park are covered by the Terms of Service you accept when you book.

How we use it
  • To take, confirm, change and manage your reservation and your Water Zone tickets.
  • To answer your questions and requests.
  • To send reservation details and, if you asked for it, the newsletter.
  • To keep the website and the park safe, and to meet our legal obligations.
  • To understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site.
Who we share with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the park and this site, and only for that purpose:

  • Campspot (campsite and cabin reservations) and Connect&GO (Water Zone tickets and passes).
  • Our email and newsletter provider, for confirmations and news you signed up for.
  • Our website host and the Rylee chat provider.
  • AccessParks, which runs the park's guest WiFi and its 24/7 support line.
  • Law enforcement or other authorities when the law requires it.
Cookies & embedded content

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies and similar storage to remember your choices, such as a map filter or the colour setting on the printable map. We may also use analytics cookies to count visits and see which pages are read. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.

Embedded content

Some pages include content from other companies: the Campspot and Connect&GO booking pages, Google Maps on the contact page, guest reviews from Birdeye, YouTube and Vimeo videos, and the WiFi speed reports from AccessParks. Those companies may set their own cookies and collect data about you as if you had visited their site directly, under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it
  • Reservation records are kept as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal purposes.
  • Contact form messages and emails are kept while we handle your request and for a reasonable time afterwards.
  • Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
  • Technical logs are kept for a short period for security.
Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do so unless we need to keep it for administrative, legal or security reasons. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time with the link in any email.

To make a request, email reservations@jellystoneparkzion.com or call (435) 359-9970. We may need to confirm it is you before we act on it.

Make a Privacy Request
Children

This website is for adults making plans for their families. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 online. Reservations must be made by an adult who is 21 or older, and the names of children in a party are collected only as part of that adult's booking.

Changes & contact

We may update this policy as the park and the website change. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Questions about privacy: reservations@jellystoneparkzion.com, (435) 359-9970, or write to Jellystone Park™ Zion, 505 S Sand Hollow Rd, Hurricane, UT 84737.
