The rules, for both

Approval: Background check ($45 to $50 per adult) and valid ID for everyone 18 and over.
Who can stay: Registered occupants only. Guests up to three consecutive nights without prior approval.
Your RV: In good condition and fully self-contained.
Vehicles: Two per site, all registered and operable.
Mail: Packages only, addressed with your name and site number, held for two days.
Site setup: Decks, skirting or other structures need approval first.

Complete and pay for background checks, then call the office to confirm availability and reserve your site.

Long-Term RV Rental Agreement

This is an RV lot rental, not a landlord-tenant lease: you're a temporary guest and the site is yours only for the dates below. No site is reserved until the background check is complete.

Rates are for two people. Extra occupants are $150 per person per month and extra pets $30 per month. Water and electric are included. Rent is charged to the card on file on the 1st of each month.

3. Additional adults (18+)

Everyone 18 and over needs an ID and their own background check (about $50 each, paid by the applicant). Visitors staying more than two nights need one too.

5. Agree and sign

No subleasing. Only registered guests and approved occupants may live in the unit. Initials: Rent on the 1st. I'll keep an active card on file and it will be charged on the 1st of each month. Unpaid rent means I leave immediately. Background check and ID. I and every occupant 18+ consent to a background check at our own expense and will provide a government ID. Park rules, vehicles, mail, liability. RV in good condition, self-contained and insured; quiet hours 11 pm to 8 am; two vehicles per site, registered and operable; guests up to three nights; packages-only mail held two days; I hold the park harmless for loss or injury on the premises.
