Safety first

Your fun starts with a few rules. Read them once and you're set.

Tell us first
Heart disease, epilepsy, asthma, diabetes or joints that dislocate: let staff know before you go out. Not advised in pregnancy.
Come as you are
No alcohol or drugs. Take off watches, earrings, glasses and anything sharp.
No diving
Anywhere on the course.
Play nice
No pushing, roughhousing or climbing under others. Look before you jump or slide, and give young kids and older adults room.
When time's up
Exit promptly. Guards are stationed nearby and will point you to the nearest safe way off.
